1. Ikan Bakar Cianjur, Cipete

This restaurant offers one of the best seafood in town.  is their specialty dish so you definitely want to give this one a try.. We can say that this restaurant is best fit for you to have lunch or dinner colleagues, friends, and family to eat 

You can feel the authentic Sundanese culture when stepping into this restaurant. There’s Sundanese traditional music playing in the background and the waiter/waitress is dressed in Sundanese traditional attire. 

Our favorite dish in this restaurant is Gurame Asam Manis, which is deep-fried carp fish doused in sweet and sour sauce. Not a big fan of fish? Then try Ayam Goreng. This Indonesian-style fried chicken will definitely fit your tastebuds! And don’t forget to order one of Indonesia’s heritage dessert/drink, Es Campur. It’s a combination of tender coconut, jelly, grass jelly, avocado, and fermented cassava, topped with shaved ice and coconut milk. It is the best way to end your meal!

Once you enter the restaurant, you might feel a modern and chic atmosphere due to its interior but once you try the food, the taste is still comparable to the average local restaurant – maybe even better. Our favorite dish from Aroma Padi is Iga Garang Asam –  beef ribs cooked with a variety of traditional spices and a mixture of chili and tomatoes. Two words that describe this dish: fresh and spicy!

Our all-time favorite from Nasi Jeruk Tanggal Tua is Nasi Jeruk Ayam Cabe Kering – orange-fragranced rice, topped with dried chili, stirred fried chicken, dried potatoes, and eggs.
