IALF Jakarta

According to the IALF website, IALF is Indonesia’s premier institution for English and Indonesian language training, IELTS testing and preparation, PTE Academic, and teacher training for teachers of English and other subjects. IALF Global offers overseas education counseling services for those who plan to study abroad. IALF employs over 200 staff and offers language training and testing services to over 15,000 students each year in its three training centers in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali. 

IALF is a not-for-profit and fee-for-service Indonesian education foundation established in 1989 and led by a Board of Governors based in Jakarta. In IALF, they provide several types of courses and they also offer courses to learn Indonesian. There is 4 type of Bahasa Indonesia courses that are offered by IALF. AIM

There is also another place called AIM that offers courses if you want to learn Bahasa Indonesia. Language Studies Indonesia

According to the Language Studies Indonesia’s website, Language Studies Indonesia is founded by a consortium of Indonesian and Canadian educators, Language Studies Indonesia tailors Indonesian study programs for students of foreign universities, employees of multinational organizations and international business professionals from all over the globe, subscribing to philosophies and methodologies which reflect the world’s best practices in modern foreign language education. In Language, Studies Indonesia is divided into 6 levels, From A1 until C2. All of the courses are also private, with 1 mentor for 1 until 4 students. BIPA University of Indonesia

According to the University of Indonesia website, Lembaga Bahasa Internasional FIB UI offers an Indonesian language program for non-native speakers seeking an excellent language learning method. Bahasa Indonesia Untuk Penutur Asing or BIPA attempts to meet the student’s need as a non-native speaker by providing a well-rounded high-quality program, staffed by teachers who are experienced in giving Indonesian language teaching to foreigners. This program facilitates the students in communicating actively in formal Indonesian, both written and spoken, as well as understanding the cultural fabrics of Indonesia. To this end, BIPA provides regular programs and a variety of special programs. 

3 special programs are provided by BIPA University of Indonesia, the first one is the Intensive short course for the group. The program lasts from 2 until 4 weeks and not only learning the Bahasa Indonesia, you can also learn some Indonesian culture such as painting batik. The second one is the Tutorial program where it is opened to fulfill your needs and the maximum amount of students in this course is 3 students. The last one is the In-house training program where it is arranged by your request. Besides the special programs, you can also try out the Regular Program that lasts for 16 weeks and divided into 3 types of levels.
