Bassura City is a residential superblock with the concept of a mixed-use development which includes residential areas (hotels and apartments) and commercial areas (offices, malls, convention halls, education facilities, sports facilities, health facilities). The apartment itself consists of eight towers with around 6000 units. Because of the concept of the mixed-use development area, the apartment has access to various facilities and services within walking distance. Not to mention, it is strategically located near the city's inner and outer ring tollways, taking less time to travel to other parts of Jakarta. Bassura City Apartment is the perfect home for busy professionals who are looking for convenience in their daily life.

If you lived in this mixed-use development area, there are conveniences at your doorstep. Bassura City has a commercial area which is packed with essential facilities, such as shopping center, health facilities, and education center. Outside of the superblock, there are also critical public facilities nearby, such as higher education institutions (Tri Sakti and STIE Nusantara), a general hospital (RSIA Hermina), and a train station (Jatinegara Station). The other advantage you can enjoy is its strategic location, in the developed part of Jatinegara, with access to major arterial roads and tollways. The apartment is also nearby the city central business district with less than twenty minutes' drive to Kuningan, Sudirman, and Thamrin.

As a mixed-development area, Bassura City Apartment offers complete facilities within its walls catering to the needs of the city dwellers. Location

In general, Jatinegara is a low-to-middle income residential neighborhood in East Jakarta. Despite being a mostly residential area with low-rise houses, there are few towers of offices, shopping centers, and other commercial uses, especially near the city's inner ring tollway and along MT Haryono street. Because Jatinegara has several major roads going through the area, it tends to be crowded with commuters on the evenings of weekdays. However, Jatinegara offers a different atmosphere of Jakarta with its warungs, street vendors, and traditional markets rather than the usual high-rise towers and skyscrapers you would see in the business districts of Jakarta.

Neighborhood

Shopping: There is a handful of shopping centers you can go to in Jatinegara. Most of the shopping malls in the area are targeting middle-class shoppers, so you might not find many international or branded items. For groceries, there are a few large supermarkets you could go inside the malls and the one on MT Haryono Street. If you are willing to haggle you could go to the traditional markets, or Pasar, such as the Pasar Jaya Cawang Kavlling, which offers fruits, vegetables, meats, and other fresh produce.

Bars and Restaurants: Jatinegara has a wide range of options for authentic local foods that are varied in its price and quality. For an affordable quick lunch, you could go to the street food stalls and small food vendors available all around the districts. Otherwise, you can visit the Jalan Otista or the boutique malls such a Mall Bassura and Kalibata City Square with more selection of restaurants and cafes.

Nightlife: Jatinegara is a fairly conservative area, so there is not much of a nightlife to experience. But, there are a couple of low-profile bars that you could visit if you want to relax after a stressful week. For lively and trendy nightclubs you might prefer the ones in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Transportation: East Jakarta has one of the biggest residential areas in Jakarta, therefore there are several stations, bus shelters, and other types of public transportations available to aid commuting to the CBDs. Otherwise, there is also the option of booking online taxis which is much more convenient. However, it is recommended to opt for public transportation because the streets are usually packed with commuters especially after work at around 5 PM and is known to have terrible traffic congestion.
