Aside from being close to offices and schools, one of the biggest benefits of living in St Moritz Residences is being only a few floors away from Lippo Mall Puri as well as being only a few steps away from West Jakarta's other famous shopping spots including the modern PX Pavillion and Puri Indah Mall. While Lippo Mall Puri may be famous for its new and trendy international brands such as Forever21, Cotton On, H&M, and Uniqlo, Puri Indah Mall is more famous for its classical and older brands like Batik Keris, Polo, and Marie Claire. PX Pavillion, on the other hand, is home to Ranch Market and Books & Beyond.

As Lippo Mall Puri, Puri Indah Mall, and PX Pavillion have been a famous destination for a while, a lot of well-known restaurant brands can be easily found in the area of St Moritz Residences, such as Ta Wan, Gyu Kaku, and Bakmi GM. There are a lot of local restaurants too such as Sate Khas Senayan and Kafe Betawi. Additionally, a famous steak restaurant, Tony Roma's has also opened its branch in Lippo Mall Puri. You can also satisfy your boba or cheese tea cravings in Lippo Mall Puri as it has ShuShu, Ban Ban, and Xi boba. Besides, outside of these two malls, you can also find a lot of good restaurants such as Bakmi Aloi and Soto Betawi Afung around the Puri Indah neighborhood.
Nightlife :
As there are also expats and youngsters living around the St Moritz Residences, there are plenty of nightlife destinations that can be found near St Moritz. One is actually located inside the Lippo Puri Mall itself! It is the TGIFridays and it has been a popular dine and bar franchise among youngsters in Jakarta. Besides, there are also some well-known bars located a few meters away from the residential complex such as Double Doors, HALFWAY, and Easy Lee.
Transportation:
The most convenient way to get around the city using public transportation from St Moritz Residences would be using the TransJakarta busway and it is the line 3E from Puri Kembangan to Sentraland Cengkarang. It stops about 500 meters from St Moritz at the halt Walikota Jakarta Barat 1. However, it is more recommended to use a car since you have a major highway interexchange 400 meters away that gives you access to the Jakarta Outer Ring Road and the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road.
