You can find the nearest mall within 5-10 minutes away in a walking distance, which is Citywalk Sudirman. There are not much of retail shops in this mall but you can find a supermarket Papaya (a Japanese brand, quite expensive), a Gold’s Gym, three hairdressers, an ATM center, a private school (Raffles Institute) and a function hall. This mall is more famously known for its various restaurants, bars, and bakeries. For a more upscale way of shopping, you can go to one of the most notable high-end malls which is Grand Indonesia for only 10 minutes using a car. You can basically find everything here and it also has 2 supermarkets, a huge cinema and 3 department stores (Sogo, Seibu, Central). There are also plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Next, to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia is another option which is more extravagant.
Located near SCBD and in Jalan Sudirman, you can find many nearby nightlife areas are around Grand Indonesia (Skye, Cloud), in Mega Kuningan (Basque, Loewy) or in SCBD (Fairgrounds).
You can check out the most nearby places to eat which are within Menara Astra (a 3-minute walk). Inside that place, you have two upscale Japanese restaurants and a food court. You can also find more affordable restaurants in Citywalk Sudirman as previously stated before. They vary from Indonesian, Western, and other various East Asian cuisines.
By car, you can go to Sudirman Business District for only 1 minute. There are also nearby public transportations and access to highways, such as a Transjakarta halt located in front of Menara Astra just 100 meters away. You can also take the recently launched MRT by going to the nearest MRT station in Setiabudi Astra for just 250 meters away. Other kinds are Sudirman train station and a toll road called Toll Semanggi for just 1km and 2km away, respectively.
