Tamansari Sudirman's comfort and convenience
The look that Tamansari Sudirman apartment is trying to show is a functional look which shows that it is a budget apartment. There is a small balcony, a large glass door, and visible airconditioning units. The lobby or the reception doesn't give off a luxurious vibe, but it surely is wide and practical. It also has two seating areas. Security guards are taking care of the reception most of the time. Most of the apartments are 29m2 studios. There are also some 96m2 and 144m2 penthouses (3 and 4 bedrooms) but only a couple of units per towers.
Tamansari Sudirman's facilities
As a budget apartment, facilities in Tamansari Sudirman are not much. There is a swimming pool, located between two towers so there is a shade that covers half part of the pool, unfortunately. Nonetheless, it is still nice and it's better than having no pool at all. You can also find a gym inside this apartment with only a few types of equipment, but enough for you to have a casual training. On the ground floor, you can also find a minimarket with laundry services provided there, a canteen, a coffee shop, and an ATM machine. The atmosphere is also quite nice, not too busy, but not too quiet either. You always see people in the lobby, but less in the gym or the swimming pool area. Overall, it isn’t too crowded.
Located in Setiabudi, Tamansari Sudirman is in a strategic neighborhood in Jakarta's golden triangle. It is also only 400 meters from Jalan Sudirman, one of the most prominent streets in Jakarta. The apartment is squeezed between some of the predominant roads in the city - Jalan Sudirman, Jalan Rasuna Said and Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio. Setiabudi is a suitable settlement for people who want to live close to the Central Business District but are on a tight budget.
