Thamrin is an area located in Central Jakarta and is also one of the business centers in Jakarta. Jalan M.H. Thamrin or Jalan Thamrin (M.H. Thamrin Road or Thamrin Road) is a major thoroughfare in Jakarta. The name of this street is taken from the name of an Indonesian National Hero, Mohammad Husni Thamrin.
