Maple & Oak is an all-day brunch restaurant in Menteng, Central Jakarta. The restaurant provides many Western menus, owned by Chef Odie Djamil has been a favorite among Jakartans for brunch since opening its doors in 2016. Maple & Oak is located in front of the De Ritz building, and you will easily recognize the building by the lush plants that adorn the restaurant’s door. The interior is dominated by wood with a minimalist design that successfully makes this place feel homier, they have an indoor and outdoor space, they even have a rooftop for you to enjoy Jakarta’s sky.
Our favorite all-day brunch menu here is the maple butter brioche, one sheet of brioche which is cut into two baked till golden brown and then served with beef bacon, strawberry chunks, rocket salad, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, and microgreens. Try their infused water, if you want to go for a healthy beverage. Maple & Oak is a must-visit brunch spot in Jakarta.

2. Mister Sunday
Mister Sunday is a cafe located in Senopati, South Jakarta. This cafe combines Western and Asian flavors, so there are many fusion menus here. With the bright ambiance, thanks to the natural lighting and minimalist interior dominated by brown and concrete, this place is very comfortable to stay for hours, therefore you’ll see people working with their laptops here thanks to the good WiFi and many power sockets.
You should try its recommended smoked salmon eggs benedict, an English muffin with baby spinach and bearnaise sauce, or try their pancakes! Oh, not forget to mention that Mister Sunday has one of the best brownies and cakes in town that you need to get along with your coffee or tea.

Egghotel is an Australian-inspired Asian fusion restaurant located in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Many people say that this is a hidden gem in the Kuningan area because it’s located on the rooftop of Suites @ seven, Kuningan. Being a rooftop restaurant in Kuningan means that Egghotel has a beautiful view of Jakarta’s skyline.
They serve international and local dishes for you to try, from pizza, fries, burgers, to nasi goreng, all recommended! Try their room service, and no, this isn’t the room service we know of! But it is a brunch menu that consists of 2 eggs with beef croquette, mushroom, roasted tomatoes, sauteed spinach, and sourdough. The name of the menu is indeed very unique, just like the name of this restaurant ‘Egghotel’ even though it’s not a hotel.

Loewy is a restaurant located at the ground level of the Oakwood Premier Cozmo Apartment in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. Loewy’s very comfortable ambiance is one of the many reasons why people race about this brunch spot. Even so, Loewy’s atmosphere can change when it’s in the evening because this restaurant is open until midnight.
Loewy provides various Western and Asian menus for you to choose from. For our favorite brunch menu, it’s definitely the homemade beef bacon steak and eggs. All the way from Sydney, Australia, Devon Cafe has opened its first branch in Indonesia, right in Senayan City, Jakarta. Devon Cafe has many Australian brunch menus, western menus, Asian-fusion foods from Indonesian, Thailand, and Japanese. The ambiance of the place is cozy and quiet although its not really spacious, but their menus are still worth to try!
You should definitely have breakfast with the Sakuma’s, a miso-grilled king salmon, eel croquette, egg, petit radish salad, and furikake. Don’t worry, they have a diet and non-diet menu for you. You should also try their lemon sprite coffee drink!
