Pasola is a buffet restaurant owned by Ritz Carlton that is located next to Pacific Place and is on the 6th floor. It has good service with a diverse buffet with no doubt flavors, making you have to try brunch here at least once in your life. The food that you can enjoy varies from local Indonesian, western, eastern, appetizer, fresh juice, and dessert. And what is no less interesting is that when you eat at lunch weekend, you can taste seasonal food that is served directly from the kitchen outside your buffet and its food variants from all ingredients across the archipelago with attractive presentations.
