4. Seribu Rasa

This high-end seafood restaurant is housed inside an antique classy building with a 20th-century ambiance. The restaurant serves seafood of many kinds, marinated in authentic Indonesian recipes. 

One of our favorite dishes is the steamed Sunda Kelapa Fried Pomfret— a golden deep-fried pomfret with Seribu Rasa Chef’s special sweet and sour mango sauce.  The crispy but still smooth skin and juicy meat inside dipped in a refreshing sauce really combines the best gift the ocean could give along with rich and flavorful classic Indonesian herbs. They also serve quite a few other south-east Asian cuisines such as Tom Yam Fish Pattaya from Thailand. The combination of tiger grouper fish cooked in Thai style spicy, salty and sour soup. Just like the name, Seribu Rasa does really serve 1000 tastes for its customers!
