Malls nearby include Taman Anggrek Mall, a huge shopping mall that has an extensive ice rink, Central Park Mall, and Neo Soho Mall, a modern shopping center that features Jakarta Aquarium as its main attraction. The people of Senayan can easily reach traditional markets located in Palmerah and Tanah Abang, but also has access to upscale shopping malls with high-end brands and imported grocery stores. The area has several malls, each with its own unique features, such as the Plaza Senayan and Senayan City which is a mid-to-upper class mall with an extensive collection of imported and local retail stores. As with malls in Jakarta, it has the expected facilities of supermarkets, cinemas, furniture/home appliance store, dept. stores, and other features that you might need.
Restaurants:
The property is surrounded by small kiosks and hawkers that sell cheap yet scrumptious meals, perfect for college students. Food stalls such as Ayam Blenger PSP and Rocky Rooster are some of the famous must-go-to meals for BInus University students. There is also Plaza Senayan which has a great selection of high-quality restaurants, that is ideal for a semi-formal business lunch or other important events. Our recommendation is Remboelan on Upper Level 3 which offers authentic but elevated Indonesian cuisines.
Nightlife:
Senayan is one of the best locations in Jakarta for a wild night of partying with friends or a quiet night alone. From the classy pubs with live music to crowded clubs playing Top 40s playlist, they always leave a memorable experience for their patrons. For a quiet night drinking, you should go to Molly's Malone Irish Pub, located in Senayan Arcadia. The bar is an international chain of bars located in the metropolitan cities around the world, it has the authentic Irish pub feel to it with a classic interior, jovial atmosphere, and live music playing in the background.
Transportation:
The residence is reachable with both public and private transportations. Like other more modern parts of Jakarta, Kemanggisan has access to public transportations, such as Transjakarta BRT, MRT Line, and LRT Line (to limited areas). Plus, there's also the option of using regular taxis or online taxis which are numerous in Senayan. Going around Jakarta is hassle-free with the many transportation options you can choose from.
