Our main favorite from Vong Kitchen is their slow-cooked Tasmanian trout, with squash dumplings, and sesame soy. Once You finish your dinner, don’t leave the restaurant just yet. Order some desserts, or go to their bar and order some drinks while sitting and watching the whole restaurant dining area from the bar. The dress code for Vong Kitchen is smart casual and we suggest you make a reservation beforehand, even though there’s a dedicated lounge for the waiting list area.

There are many recommended dishes from Vong Kitchen as it is known to be the restaurant of a celebrity chef. Try their smoked salmon tower, pancake, and steak and egg juicy that is served with rosemary fries and cherries. The Truffles Pizza so good, there is a black truffle with 3 kind of cheese and egg. All with a price worth the taste!
