Volunteer Opportunities in Central Jakarta
When you are thinking of doing something impactful, volunteer work can be your choice. There are a lot of organizations, communities, and foundations around Jakarta that open vacancies for those who are willing to continue in their society. It can be such a fulfillment experience to do on the weekend. Ask your friends, family, or colleagues to do it with you. There are several advantages that you can get when you are doing volunteer work. You learn to be more content with yourself by giving to others what you have (time, energy, listening ears, material possession), you can connect with others who pursue the same goal and has the same purpose as you, it leaves a sense of gratitude within yourself, and it opens your eyes to the real world.
In Central Jakarta, some communities offer volunteer work and cover different types of areas that are studying, refugee protection, disaster, and even human rights.
