Furthermore, nearby facilities are abundant to support your daily necessities, from schools, hospitals, major shopping malls, to public parks. Another one is the Plaza Festival, which is only 7 minutes by car, offering a lot of restaurant options, mostly fast-food chains. If you go further, you can find Kota Kasablanka mall, a middle-to-upper class mall, and one of the major shopping hub in Jakarta, offering a lot of popular brands stores, gym, cinema, supermarket, and home for great restaurants and cafes.
Restaurant and Bars: Located in South Jakarta, there's no need to worry about the availability of places to hang out as it is the home for great restaurants and bars. In the nearest malls, you can find plenty of options from all types of cuisine, from Indonesian to Western. There are great cafes and bars as well. Besides the restaurants you can find in the nearest malls, you can go further to Setabudi One or Kota Kasablanka, which has more varied restaurant selection.
Nightlife: There are two sports bars located nearby, Aphrodite where you can also play billiard and Liquid Exchange, which are pretty popular among the residents of this area. It is also quite easy to reach the nearest district with great nightlife, Senopati, only 15 minutes by car, depends on the traffic. Transportation: Unfortunately, there are not a lot of public transportations halt that passes by the apartment. The closest one is Transjakarta Kuningan Madya halt, which has direct lines to other important halts such as Ragunan, Dukuh Atas, Lebak Bulus, Manggarai, and TU Gas. The nearest KRL Station would be Manggarai and Tebet, which can be reached in 15-20 minutes. An LRT station is planned to be built at GOR Soemantri, in front of Plaza Festival.
