  • 2 boneless upper and lower thighs, cut into 1 × 5 cm
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • ¼ ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Warm rice

Ingredients for Salted Egg Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 curly green chili, sliced obliquely
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 salted egg yolks, puree
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 curry leaf, fry first
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Cooking Steps:

  1. Prepare the mixing bowl, then add the chopped chicken. Add lime juice, fish sauce, and ½ teaspoon salt. Stir until the spices are mixed perfectly. Let stand for one hour.
  2. Prepare a container for flour, then add the powdered pepper, baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Soak the previous chicken in ice water, then coat it with flour.
  4. Fry the chicken until it turns brown.

  • 200 grams boneless chicken
  • 2 tablespoons instant teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 pack or 220 grams of ready-to-eat crispy flour
  • Sago flour to taste
  • Cornstarch to taste
  • Water

Sauce ingredients:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 segments of ginger, remove the skin
  • 3 tablespoons instant teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 350 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve in water
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips or according to taste, then add the sauce of teriyaki, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended and let stand for 10 minutes until the spices are absorbed.
  2. Make a wet layer. Combine the instant crispy flour and water, stir evenly, and set aside.
  3. Make a dry layer. Mix the rice flour and cornstarch until blended.
  4. Dip the chicken in the wet layer and then the dry layer. Do this until all the chicken is coated with the dough.

Ingredients for Sambal Matah:

  • 6 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 1 piece of lime leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • Lemongrass to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Thinly slice shallots, garlic, chilies, and lime leaves.
  2. Heat the oil then add the ingredients that have been stir-fried, saute briefly. Remove and drain.
  3. Give a little salt and lime juice, stir until blended, then set aside.

  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon of flour and dissolve it with a little water, stirring until it forms a paste.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of beef shabu-shabu
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled carrots and green onions (optional)

Sauce ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 50 ml of water

Cooking Steps:

  1. Heat the oil, put the onions until wilted and add the meat.
  2. Enter the garlic, if it smells good, then reduce the heat.
  3. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and water and cook until all the sauce is absorbed into the meat.

  • Ice water to taste
  • Mushroom broth to taste

Sauce ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Mushroom broth to taste
  • Enough cold water
  • Cornstarch to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Prepare a container then add the oyster sauce, salt, pepper, soy sauce, egg white, and mix well.
  2. Mix with shrimp and stir until blended, set aside.
  3. Place the flour in a container and mix it with salt, broth and cold water. Stir by hand until the mixture is well blended but not too smooth.
  4. Dip shrimp in flour and fry in hot oil. Remove and set aside.
  5. Mix the sauce first. Combine the teriyaki sauce, salty sauce, salt, sugar, mushroom stock, water, and cornstarch. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
  6. Turn on the stove, saute the onions with margarine until fragrant and wilted, then pour the sauce that has been blended. Stir evenly until thickened.
  7. Prepare a bowl, arrange the rice, and then serve it with the prawns and cover it with the teriyaki sauce.
