Mustika Jaya is an administrative district (kecamatan) within the city municipality of Bekasi, part of the larger Jabodetabek metropolitan area in West Java, Indonesia. It functions as both an economic hub within Bekasi City and a key business buffer zone for the Jabodetabek area.

Mustika Jaya is located in the eastern part of Bekasi City. It is bordered by Rawalumbu to the west, Bantargebang to the south, Setu (Bekasi Regency) to the east, and Tambun Selatan to the north. The district is accessible via bus lines K19 and K19A, with the nearest bus station at 145 Jalan Caringin-Mustikasari.
